The Mayor of London and Team London hosted 300 delegates at the magnificent City Hall to share best practice gained by the thousands of volunteers the capital raises each year.  CT-Live put together a fabulous awards ceremony to hand over the title to the 2017 & 2018 cities.

We installed the first ever Twitter Wall into the venue so delegates could feed and create a buzz around the event and what they were learning.

To highlight London, we built a 3m high skyline silhouette backdrop to the stage set which served as a constant reminder to the audience of the London host.  To crown the awards ceremony, a live performance from the London 2012 Pandemonium Drummers closed the show with a pounding rhythm.

“The event was a triumph and as always, it was wonderful working with such professional people, people who really get what we are doing and go the extra mile to help us succeed” wrote the project officer after the event.
